Pokemon TCG DOUBLE BATTLE rules

I love this idea with the battle phase  rules, making the card game like in the Console games. It feels as  the game becomes more strategy based, where also the cheaper attacks becomes important since they get priority and can negate oppoent's atatck if they do a Knock Out.  I gotto try this style out also for 1 vs 1 games. Big thanks for the idea and inspiration!
